The Spamhaus Whitelist is NOT a way to get around, remove or resolve a listing on a Spamhaus blocklist. To resolve any blocklisting issue you must go to the Spamhaus Project website at http://www.spamhaus.org
It is not possible to whitelist an IP address or domain that is on a Spamhaus Project blocklist. You can NOT apply for a whitelist account if your server is currently listed by the Spamhaus Project. The whitelist system will not accept any IP address or domain that is blacklisted by Spamhaus Project.
and are separate organizations, based in separate countries and with separate staff. The Spamhaus Whitelist company has no control over The Spamhaus Project, nor any ability to influence removals from Spamhaus Project blocklists.
